Costco French Toast Casserole
Quick, easy, french toast casserole. Perfect to serve a small crowd.
Ingredients
1 loaf cinnamon bread (we love Kirkland’s from Costco)
3 eggs
2 cups whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick melted butter
1 cup maple syrup
Directions
Grease a 9x13” baking dish.
Cut cinnamon bread into bite sized cubes. Place in greased baking dish.
Whisk eggs and milk in bowl. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
Evenly pour milk mixture over bread cubes.
Cover & refrigerate, soaking for several hours or overnight. (I often skip this step and put the casserole immediately in the oven. The bread doesn’t soak up the liquid as well, but it’s still delish!)
Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes (top of bread should be crispy and browned, knife inserted should come out relatively clean)
Serve immediately with melted butter & maple syrup. (We always serve this with bacon and some scrambled eggs).
