Instant Pot Jasmine Rice


Perfectly cooked, fluffy, rice. Great for dinner recipes, side dishes, & even breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups jasmine rice

  • 3 cups water

  • pinch Himalayan pink salt


Directions

  1. Rinse rice. Place in instant pot (or similar pressure cooker). Pour in water. Add salt.

  2. Cook on low pressure for 12 minutes. Be sure to set valve to “sealing”

  3. Allow a 15 minute natural release.

  4. Fluff cooked rice with fork.

  5. Serve immediately or store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to one week.


Notes

Can adjust recipe to portion desired, just use same parts rice & water.

Can substitute chicken broth, bone broth, etc. for liquid to add more flavor!
